Zap Groceries is an online grocery store serving families and homes across Abuja. We sell authentic imported food and household essentials: baby milk and baby food, pasta, breakfast cereals, coffee, canned fish and meat, cooking ingredients, snacks, and personal care products from brands families already trust.

Built on 14 years of hypermarket experience

Zap Groceries was founded by a chartered accountant who spent 14 years running buying, stock control, quality checks and audits in a large hypermarket, with hundreds of suppliers and thousands of products. That experience shapes everything we do. We know which suppliers to trust, how to store products properly, and how to spot a product that isn’t right before it ever reaches you.

  • Checked before dispatch. Every item’s expiry date is checked before it leaves our store. We don’t send out products close to expiry.

  • Fast, reliable delivery. Same-day delivery in Abuja on in-stock orders paid before 1pm.

How it works

  1. Browse our catalogue on this website, Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp.
  2. Send your order on WhatsApp to 0702 565 0074, email order@zapgroceries.com, or order through the website.
  3. We confirm availability and your total, including delivery.
  4. Pay by bank transfer, and we pack and dispatch your order.

Can’t find what you need? Ask us. We can source many items not on our list, delivered in 3 to 5 days.

Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. Messages sent outside these hours are answered the next working day. For an urgent order outside these hours, message us on WhatsApp and we will do our best to help, but out-of-hours delivery is not guaranteed.
